Cambrian Yoga offers an exciting range of indoor and outdoor classes at seaside locations around Manly. Classes are suitable for all levels of experience, with specialist classes offered in prenatal yoga.
Led by an experienced instructor who tailors modifications based on a student's individual practice, each class will aim to provide the following benefits:

Irina Mineva
Founder of Cambrian Yoga
Irina aims to make yoga possible for everybody, allowing students to practice without judgement.
Irina is a calm and reassuring presence, and enjoys crafting unique and innovative classes, tailored to students’ needs. Irina is creative in her approach and loves to lead a variety of classes for all experience levels and backgrounds.
She gained her yoga teaching qualification in London in 2019, and is also trained in prenatal and postnatal yoga. She is registered with AUSactive.
Having graduated with a degree in Biology from University College London, Irina has an interest in the anatomy and physiology of the body focusing on alignment and safe practice. She lives in Manly with her husband and young son.
